PRIXIRO

We ship with Packeta to all EU countries except Malta. Rates are on the Shipping and payment page.

We dispatch in-stock goods within 3 business days. Packeta then usually delivers in 1–2 business days in the Czech Republic, 2–3 to Slovakia and 3–7 to other EU countries.

You can return goods within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. You may try them on as you would in a shop; if they show wear beyond that, we may charge for the loss in value. Please send them back complete, ideally in the original packaging.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may hold the refund until the goods are back with us or you show proof of sending them.
